Refund and Returns Policy – HVC DEVELOPERS

Our refund and returns policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

A design page or template provided will not be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of buy.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 07 days after delivery.

The website will be returned if there are any errors or if it does not meet your requirements.

SEO of any product or social media platform is guaranteed to be good.

If you promote any social media account or take fake traffic on it, there will be no warranty of dropping it for more than four days, sponsored traffic or original traffic will be guaranteed.

E-commerce store will be returned if it does not work or is not made as per your requirement, there is any error in it or any product is not viral on it otherwise not.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping (hosting ,domain) costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
